0 stars. Received a quote that I wanted to purchase.....in writing with no subjectivities. "Price if you pay in full" is not true. You cannot provide a quote, an offer for someone to buy, and change the price. FCA please take a look at this company.

Great RC Drift cars and importantly, really great customer support/service. You can communicate via the chat function on the website and this is not AI rubbish. You actually deal with a person that can resolve your issue (like ordering the wrong product and needing to swap it out, like in my case). Very impressive. Other retailers should take note. Unfortunately my paint never arrived. Evri (the delivery firm used by Central Paints) provided a picture of a front door and a Mountain Warehouse package. This was sufficient for Central Paints to decide that their paint had been delivered. Evri have confirmed that the package is lost. Central Paints cannot be contacted by phone if the order is made online and have been unhelpful over email.
I have had to seek recovery of the payment via my bank.
Be warned, if you have any issues with delivery (and I suspect any other issues, perhaps with paint or colour match for example), Central Paints are unlikely to help you.

Clear delivery times and reliable. Receiving a number of deliveries at the moment. When I receive a message from DPD saying that a delivery will arrive at a certain time, I am confident it will. I cannot say the same for some of the other deliveries I have been receiving!
