I'm new to 3d printing and really wasn't sure what to get then a name kept popping up Anycubic Kobra S1 so i started to take a look and liked what I saw, I really liked the fact the ace pro had the built in drier. I ordered at the beginning of December and it too a couple of days to arrive in ordered the combo with a filament bundle the filament came separately but both arrived the same day being new to printing i took my time with the set up and was still up and running in about 30 minutes since then ive done about 370 hours of printing without problems other than a few user error moments, when I did eventually have a issue that wasn't user error technical support was on hand to get me sorted very fast to pick up the ticket and reply within a week of contacting them i had replacement parts at my house. I've been extremely impressed with everything about anycubic and recommend them to everyone. The only problem i do have is convincing the wife I need another one .

Item never arrived ive contacted customer services who just say wait longer it should turn up, so it would appear ive lost my money, I don't get how things can't be sent with tracking information in this day and age when multiple companies offer it for very little money. UPDATE, Customer services are now ignoring emails, once contacted they said to wait a couple more days this is the only response I could get from them well the item never turned up and I haven't had a refund so it looks more and more likely everyday that ive lost my money I'd strongly advise being cautious when using this company.

Item is ok but you are forced to pay for next day delivery this item arrived a week late no offer of postage refund no attempt to chase up the delivery so I won't be using this company in the future

Fantastic service, Ethan was very polite and helpful, he kept me informed on progress every step of the of the way nothing was too much trouble he’s a credit to the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again when I need a new car thank you.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Zuto went above and beyond to help me with my finance even helped out when I had problems with the dealership I will use them again and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Missed a delivery on 6/09/23 rearranged it for 8/09/23 never arrived was told it was due 13/09/23 never arrived was told on 14/09/23 it would be delivered on 15/09/23 to be told on this date via web chat that it isn’t out for delivery when I asked the agent (Laura C)when I could expect to receive my parcel she closed the chat. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’ve had better customer service from Evri. This is the first and last time I will use TNT.

Courier was very abusive to my mother in law then threw paperwork at her first and last time I use them pay extra for a better company

The guys at rimstyle go above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answered and and wheels arrive safely. I have already recommended to all my friends and I'm looking at getting a set of wheels for my girlfriend's car from them. If you want great wheels and great service rimstyle is the only place to go.
