The product is fine, but I'll be honest I hadn't realised the item would be shipped from Italy or I'd have purchased elsewhere. Perhaps I should have looked harder, but I think it's a bit misleading the company/website is Creative Cables UK

Disappointed with used copy…

I recently bought a book and hadn’t realised it was a used copy. Admittedly my mistake, but I was disappointed when the book arrived - when I looked back at the listing, I’d query whether the condition was ‘very good’ and also the price was only £2 less than the RRP - this seems expensive for a second hand copy, had I realised I would most certainly have gone for a new copy .

Unbelievably quick delivery

Unbelievably quick delivery! Amidst COVID-19 situation, when it could be expected that delivery may take longer... I placed an order in an evening at around 8.30pm, it arrived the next day! Brilliant service, thanks :-)

Great! I would certainly recommend for their professional service

I recently ordered 3 bags from Epacks. Unfortunately one of the items turned out to be Out of Stock... Epacks promptly emailed me to advise on the situation and very apologetically offered me alternative options.. I was able to choose an alternative option without any real problem. All email correspondence was quick and courteous and my order arrived swiftly, with the addition of some extra free wallets to compensate for the problem with our order. I would recommend Epacks for their efficient and professional service along with good prices ! Thanks
