Excellent service

I bought the product to try it. I normally never choose recurring automatic orders for something i don't know and though i thought i had unchecked the box, it goes by default back into automatic recurring orders mode. The outcome was that I couldn't cancel the subscription through the website and though I wrote to them explaining that I would like to cancel, they simply ignored my request and continued to offer me discounts for my next automated orders which I didn't want. Also the product did nothing for me at all..

I discovered Olio Ottaviani by chance via Facebook. No other olive oil that I have tasted compares to the taste of the oil from this producer. It is such a pleasure adding it simply on a piece of bread or salad, the taste is just poetry.

very professional and respecting the time given

We had bought tickets for 2nd November which were quite expensive as it is halloween week in Walibi. The only thing which we did not forsee was Storm Ciaran. In Flanders, where we live, the storm was very strong and it was dangerous to drive on the motorway to get to Walibi. I tried to call and I wrote to Walibi to ask for a change of date of our reservation as this was due to Force Majeure and they didn't even bother answer. I am sure they made good money off people without needing to provide much Service thanks to Storm Ciaran. Very cynical!
