Avoid this company. I placed my order on 18th June 2026. Despite receiving a shipping confirmation with tracking details on 24 June, the item never arrived, and the shipping information provided was demonstrably false. My interactions with their support agent, Reeva, were extremely disappointing; after the initial correspondence, all my subsequent emails were completely ignored. I was forced to open a formal dispute through PayPal on 7 July due to their lack of communication and resolution. After a month of waiting, I have only finally received a full refund today, 6 August 2026. Do not trust their shipping updates or their promises of delivery; the entire process lacked integrity, transparency, and basic professional courtesy.
