Again, only 1 star because you can’t give any less. My flat is “ back to front “ with the garden gate adjacent to the road. 2 large signs on the gate telling people to use the other door, also a photo of front door on the Relay site. Despite this the courier opened the garden gate and dropped the parcel on the path. Wtf is wrong with people?

Only put 1 star because you can’t put any lower. Absolute charlatans, I had to cancel because I couldn’t afford the exorbitant prices, they’ve now sent me a bill for £147 because I cancelled the rolling contract. They are in this simply for the money, nothing else. Disgusting

Quick and easy to use

Recently transferred to this vets as it was nearer home. Transferred back to original vets after 2 visits. Prices are astronomical. Even the pet plan is dearer than most other vets and the benefits are practically non existent. On the 2nd visit I was still charged for another consultation even though it was just to say the tablets given were working and to obtain more.

Regarding the reply from DX Sorry it to little to late

I’ve only given 1 star because it won’t let me give any lower. Finally after 5 days of being told online that my parcel was to be delivered I have received it. I suffer from PTSD and this company had caused to to trigger on more than one occasion. I hope I never have to deal with them again
