Good experience
I purchased 8 tickets recently through aviasales.com which directed me to this company. At first, I thought there is a problem with issuing the tickets as I didn't receive the tickets right away and a few hours later even. I contacted the customer service and they were very quick with their reply. I received answers from them via email and WhatsApp. My contact was Kate Miller and she was very professional with her replies.
