Never will I order from Lowe's again. Ordered a refrigerator to be delivered today and no where did it mention that you will get a call to confirm your appointment. Kept getting text messages saying we were next up. Waited and nothing. Called and said since you didn't confirm your appointment it has to be rescheduled. Pretty pathetic if you ask me especially if you are not coming in my house n leaving it on the porch.
