Had to wait over 2 months for a phone cover. Initially the wrong cover was delivered to me and when I complained to woopcase, they were initially helpful, assuring me the correct phone case had been shipped to me. However, I then had to wait a long time and when I contacted support again to complain for the wait times, my mails were ignored. I have just today (24 August) received my phone case, having placed the order on 22nd June. I fine it unacceptable and unsatisfactory to not receive some sort of compensation for having to wait over 2 months for a simple, non-personalised phone case. Would not recommend service and will not use again.
