Had to wait over 2 months for a phone cover. Initially the wrong cover was delivered to me and when I complained to woopcase, they were initially helpful, assuring me the correct phone case had been shipped to me. However, I then had to wait a long time and when I contacted support again to complain for the wait times, my mails were ignored. I have just today (24 August) received my phone case, having placed the order on 22nd June. I fine it unacceptable and unsatisfactory to not receive some sort of compensation for having to wait over 2 months for a simple, non-personalised phone case. Would not recommend service and will not use again.

Having ordered a customised case for my phone, it arrived and was slightly too small. I emailed the sellers "Woopcase" and 2 people emailed me back with apologies and refunded my money promptly. Then, arrived a lady called "Julie Riviera". Julie apologised once again and said if they made a slightly larger one, she'd send it - It arrived today, and I couldn't be happier - a treat to deal with her and the company - 5 stars :-)

After several days of use, I can say that I'm really satisfied with this iPhone 17 Pro case. It fits the phone perfectly, the buttons are comfortable to press, and the MagSafe works flawlessly. Furthermore, the material offers an excellent grip and does not easily retain fingerprints. If you're looking for a stylish, durable, and practical case for everyday use, this is definitely an excellent choice. I would definitely buy it again.

A horrible experience. They almost never respond, and when they do, it can take up to a week. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. It has been a month since I ordered my phone case, and it still hasn’t arrived. They haven’t even refunded my money. I have already reported them to the police.

They are a bunch of scammers. I di not recomand.

I ordered a simple single colour phone case and it arrived quickly and was very vibrant and beautiful. They also had a buy 2 and get 1 free special going on which I thought was very nice for the price.

I’m disappointed with my phone case for several reasons. First, I paid extra to make sure the case would arrive by a specific date, but it was delivered one day late. After unpacking it, I also noticed visible dents on the surface when held under the light.

Because of this, I wanted to return the case and make use of my right of withdrawal within the stated 14-day period. However, since the case was customized with my own photos, the company refused the return.

I was then offered a voucher for another case and free shipping if I left a review. I appreciate the gesture, but I still wanted to share my honest experience.
