Ordered 2 months ago, no tracking, no delivery. Emailed them and got a response in German telling me that I’ll only get a refund when I return the items! Please tell me how I return items that never arrived?! DISGUSTING customer service, I spent over £200 and they have literally stolen my money. Do not order. They are fraudulent.
