We ordered an item from SakerPlus ( a pillow) that just did not fit my needs. When I texted them about a refund, they immediately texted back granting me a refund and apologizing for the inconvenience this may have caused.
This tells me that are a reputable company that cheerfully stands behind their policies.
I would order from them again in complete confidence.
