First and foremost, the response time to my inquiry was superb. I made a mistake ordering fully expecting to be stuck with my own error. I reached out to Saker customer service. I not only received a rapid response....Saker customer rep let me know my error was corrected partly at their expense. I was also advised the status of my order. My experience with the Saker customer service rep has been top tier.... Customer service on Steroids. There will be issues from time to time....the resolution is your key to customer retention and expansion. I thank Saker kindly.

Some how I was charged for 2 sets but…
Some how I was charged for 2 sets but didn't order 2 sets. I contacted the company and right away they fixed the problem and told me to keep the extra set. They replied to me and took one set off my order. They are a great company and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. If you have not tried them already please do so.

I wasn't happy with the product. Therefore I sent an email about the situation. The Support team respond quickly and understand my situation. Instead of asking for the product back, they told me to keep it and they will refund me back 60%. I was amazed with the quick response and understanding. Most Companies would have just ignored my email. Just wanted to say Thank you.

Great customer service!!
I bought a weed wacker from sakerplus. For some reason the battery charger was not in the box. I emailed customer service and asked what I needed to get to replace that one. And without even asking for a replacement, I was told one would be sent to me. I was so impressed with their prompt reply and service. I just received it and want to say thank you!!
