So bad it’s bordering on being a fraudulent website. I sent a return back over a month ago, have a photo from the delivery company of my return in the warehouse (in returns bin) and they still have yet to refund me.

I’m now having to raise a chargeback with my bank and they have stopped replying to my emails.

Avoid this website at all costs. Lots of people are saying the same and I wish I had seen these before ordering. I trusted the old brand name but this is someone else trading as them now and they are appalling.
