I do not understand the extra payment…
I do not understand the extra payment requests on the system. It seems like for every little change you do, they want to charge you.
System automatically put my nationality to some default country. All I did, was to correct this. And because of correcting the system error that they should have fixed, I am requested to pay another 5 Euros, which is nothing but unattractive after paying 900 Euros for ticket. Also, there is no instruction on the site how to do online check-in to get your boarding pass. Also, site is missing way to add extra luggage.
