Feeling absolutely disrespected. I called on Wednesday to confirm a pickup for Thursday and they confirmed everything is ok. On Thursday I wait, no one appears. I call them and they say "sorry, we did a mistake, it will happen tomorrow". I double check if they have all info and they say "YES, WE KNOW WE NEED TO SEND 4 PEOPLE, IT'S 100KG". Ok. Friday morning I have 2 people at my place saying they can't pick it up because it's too heavy... when this was confirmed for 2 consecutive days on the phone, they weren't able to arrange the correct delivery. On the phone, they promised the same 2 delivery guys would be back with support of other 2 additional people. Its 1PM and they call me asking if it can be replanned for Sunday. NO. Not happening. How many extra days do I have to request at work to wait for incompetent people to do their job????
