I was very skeptical about the advertising for collagen. I have been on the chocolate flavoured option which is delicious cold even though they recommend warm. I have noticed that my movement is easier and although I didn’t buy this to improve my skin (wrinkles round mouth) it is having a positive effect.
Don’t expect a quick fix as I have only been on this since late April. Will continue and hopefully will see even more benefits especially for my knees.
