Sadly I received just ONE email asking me to confirm my identity, and because I didnt know about that until I called to check, they cancelled all my contracts and lost MONTHS of work, im a self-taught person so its difficult to replicate what I did from the backups. Customer Service was cool but a "Sorry" wont give me back my work and deal with my users of my Discord and Twitch bots
