The house we stayed at was perfect for our family, no problems there and the one we did had was resolved immediately. Over the course of the weekend our daughter realized that there were problems in what we were charged and what I paid. I’m an older woman and I trust when you send me a bill it’s correct.Boy have I learned my lesson. We’ve had 3 separate long calls to VRBO with a lot oh I see, yes we owe you money and it will be refunded in 48 hours. Nothing has happened & we are calling again tomorrow but I’m not sure we will book with them again.
