Visit to NCT Arklow 27/06/26. Apart from the usual scruffiness over the years - this visit, no toilet paper, no soap, no anti-bacterial cleanser & obviously a blank stare from the attending mechanic when I informed him! Furthermore no reply from NCT after I emailed them same day!
