OMG WHAT A NIGHTMARE
I tried to make a payment to europe and accidently paid 60 cents to much on the 21/06/2026. I overpaid and was told i would be automatically refunded. 9 day later still no refund.
I spoke to my bank today and was told I can't do a chargeback as it is an international payment as well. what an absolute sham.
Terrible customer service so far, practically non existant. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. I've been emailing them over and over and had no reply
