Do not expect a human being to read your emails, or expect any sort of reasonable customer service. I spent a considerable amount of money but when the goods didnt arrive 'customer service' ie a bot told me to re-order them instead, which I refuse to do. So the company receives zero money and automation is more important to Lulu Lemon than helping their customers.
