Disappointing
I ordered a wardrobe on May 11th and I am still waiting on June 22nd. I have had to chase weekly for updates. I am so disappointed at how long this has taken. They indicated 3 weeks when I purchased. I did inform them when we were away but expected it would be ready to deliver on our return. I got a delivery date of June 26th. I would not order again. I am hoping the wardrobe is easy to assemble after all of this.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the delivery time of your order.
The lead time quoted for your wardrobe was approximately 3 weeks from the order date of 11th May. Your order was ready for delivery during the first week of June, however we noted that you were unable to accept delivery until after 10th June, and we held the order accordingly.
As we deliver to your area every 2-3 weeks, the next available delivery date is Friday 26th June. We understand this has resulted in a longer wait than expected and apologise for any frustration caused.
The wardrobe is supplied flat-packed for self-assembly. However, if you would prefer a fitting service, we would be happy to arrange this for you. I will also forward a copy of the assembly instructions to you by email.
