The chairs were lovely but there was no communication from the supplier regarding delivery timeline.
I had no way to track the order and rang the supplier to get some idea of when to expect the chairs. They were curt and unhelpful, said it says 3 weeks on the website.
I got no communication afterwards and eventually got a text from an post advising of a parcel delivery but i still didn't know it was the chairs until I opened the box.

This was my second time ordering from Homeline Furniture. They are responsibly priced very pleasant to deal with and the quality of the furniture is great

Bought the Fendi Dining table and i rang and paid over phone. Michaela took my order and i received writing invoice of my goods in a email within 10 minutes. 3 weeks delivery once it arrived i got a call off a man who came later in the day to assemble it. If i could give a higher star i would. Michaela was a pleasure to deal with and homelands will definietly make future purchases considering im in galway. I sat back and waited and true to there word i only had to ring and say it was delivered so they could arrange the man to come and assemble.

I was skeptic as first as I’m not aware if they have physical store. I tried to validate on line and it seems a legit company. I ordered a hallway storage bench and I’m very delighted with the quality. It is very well made! Quickly delivered too. Very satisfied!

Excellent customer service, extremely professional staff

Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing from start to finish.

The bed took around 4½ weeks to arrive, and even arranging the delivery was frustrating. The company offered very limited delivery slots, and if you couldn’t make the one they allocated, you were told you could be waiting another couple of weeks for the next available date. There was very little flexibility, which made the whole process stressful.

When the bed finally arrived, one of the main pieces was damaged. To be fair, customer service did offer to send a replacement part, but they advised it could take another couple of weeks. As we urgently needed a bed, waiting even longer wasn’t a realistic option, so we had to purchase another bed elsewhere.

What has been most frustrating is the returns process. We now have three very large boxes taking up a huge amount of space in our hallway, and we’ve been told it could take up to a month for them to be collected. With a busy family home, this is far from ideal, and there seemed to be very little effort made to speed up the collection or find a more practical solution.

It’s a shame, as delays and damage can happen with any company, but it’s how those situations are handled that makes the difference. Unfortunately, the inflexible delivery process, damaged product, and very slow resolution have left me extremely disappointed, and I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again.
