As explained in Ezra's review, the customer contacted us regarding a warranty claim. We responded by explaining how the device could be sent to us for warranty inspection and provided the necessary return instructions.

However, we never received the device and therefore were unable to inspect it or assess the warranty claim. Without examining the phone, it is not possible for us to determine the cause of the issue or offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

We are committed to handling all warranty claims fairly and professionally, and we remain willing to inspect the device if it is sent to us.
