Scam and terrible customer service. I booked and paid for a higher-class car, but they gave me a vehicle of a lower category. When I requested a refund for the price difference, they refused and only offered a €20 voucher for a future rental. This is a complete rip-off and deception. They pocketed my money for a service they didn't provide. Avoid this company, they cheat their customers.
