No more trust to hepster.
Sadly. They extend prices for their existing clients while new clients receive better prices.
Last year I paid 67€, this year they billed 81€ for me. Price for new clients is 74€.
I think that this model is awful. I’m cancelling my contract and choosing another company for next year.
I see lots of review that many people are not receiving their insurance payments. That says that this company is not reliable to clients.

For clarification: price adjustments are not based on individual claims or loyalty, but on broader factors such as overall cost developments within the tariff. At the same time, offers for new customers can differ due to separate pricing structures or campaigns.
We understand that this can create a negative impression, and we continuously review our pricing and processes.
