No more trust to hepster.
Sadly. They extend prices for their existing clients while new clients receive better prices.
Last year I paid 67€, this year they billed 81€ for me. Price for new clients is 74€.
I think that this model is awful. I’m cancelling my contract and choosing another company for next year.
I see lots of review that many people are not receiving their insurance payments. That says that this company is not reliable to clients.

For clarification: price adjustments are not based on individual claims or loyalty, but on broader factors such as overall cost developments within the tariff. At the same time, offers for new customers can differ due to separate pricing structures or campaigns.

There are a lot of sellers who don't intend to sell anyone
Unfortunately, there is lot of sellers which do not confirm the deal. You order something expensive and your money freezes for 12 hours but seller is not planning to accept the deal. In that time average price grows up and you are loosing the chance to buy for previous one. I think team should restrict or ban such sellers or allow to cancel the deal before conforming.
And not possible to withdraw previously deposited funds without KYC.

Support not responsive at all
I rented a flat about 4 mounts ago and all good.
But I wanted to specify some details about the flat listing that i rented and send the question to Wunderflats. For now about 3 weeks passed and there is no any answer from support team.
UPD: after my review support team contacted me.
