Shocking business acumen
UPDATE 25.06.26 - I actually received my package today! Thank you Mighty Ape for actioning this if it was indeed you - or NZ Couriers. I am very happy now however it was still annoying to have had to lodge a complaint about their business acumen which many other Mighty Ape customers have also had to do. Please MA just do better from now on & you will surely get back your customer’s loyalty instead of customer angst!
Shocking business acumen! They advertise goods as being available for shipping the next day followed up by an email after your purchase from them and then you get emails from Mighty Ape and NZ couriers with confusing advice about delivery dates extending way beyond their initial delivery date. Awful experience - not worth buying from this company due to their false advertising!

I am sorry to see this but glad you obtained your item. I can see on the tracking we provided you, and as well as the ETA shown on the items listing it would arrive between 24-25th of June, which we indeed followed through with. NZ Post who delivered this do need a few extra days with dangerous good items such as perfume, and our site ETAs and order confirmation show these dates.
