Very raw UI compared to more mature competitors; however, it's snappy and does exactly what it says on the tin so no issue here.

The servers offered are on par with the competition for a slightly lower price.

The time to set up is not as quick as for some other providers; the longest step in the process is the customer identification part - they really, really don't want anonymous people using their services. Works for me, may not work for everyone.

I had no issues with the service whatsoever; used it for a couple of months and will use it again when I need a reliable VPS for a reasonable price.

Their customer support is allegedly known for the lack of responsiveness or professionalism; this wasn't my experience. I had to raise a ticket with them and it was resolved quickly and professionally.
