Absolutely trash service. I booked a redelivery and stayed at home all day to wait for this as it was a very important document, only to get an email to say they’ve not been able to deliver my parcel. No one rang my doorbell or phoned me. Took more than an hour to get through to customer service, they couldn’t track my driver or give me the phone number of the driver. No other remedies given. 0 stars.
