Kit Digital project not delivered – avoid
I engaged ORBIDI DIGITAL SL for a website project under the Kit Digital program.
Before signing anything, I clearly explained that I needed a functional MVP: a multi-user catalog where users can register, publish content, and manage listings.
This was explicitly stated in my email on Dec 11, 2025:
“It’s not about a demo landing page, but a multi-user catalog...”
Later (Jan 24, 2026), I provided detailed functional requirements including user accounts, listings, filters, and monetization logic.
What I received after months:
- no user system
- no functional catalog
- no real product
- only a generic multi-page website with template-like content
Communication was extremely inefficient:
- multiple different people replying with no context
- repeated requests for “feedback” without implementing previous feedback
- attempts to move forward as if the project was complete
At this point, I had to formally report the case through Red.es due to lack of implementation.
My conclusion:
This was not a delivery issue — it was a lack of real development and accountability.
I strongly recommend documenting everything in writing and not accepting vague deliverables.
This review is based entirely on documented communication and actual project outcome.

Even so, we have worked on a proposal adapted to the conditions of the Kit Digital program, with the aim of offering a viable solution within this framework. We understand that this adaptation may not fully align with your initial expectations.
During the development process, the necessary validations have been requested in order to continue progressing within the scope of the program, ensuring that the solution remained aligned with its conditions.
In this context, an alternative has recently been proposed in order to bring the situation to a proper and orderly close.
We have also attempted to contact you through different channels, including messages and phone calls, and we will continue trying to reach you in order to resolve the situation in the best possible way.
