Order not delivered and then they were awful about making the refund.
Never buy anything here ever. The company knew full well that my order had been, inexplicably, "returned to sender" by their shipping company (a company they say is "terrible", but apparently keep on using). We had been discussing it repeatedly while the package was being returned to them. Then, after the package was re-delivered to them, they refused to give me the refund because they said the shipping information showed the package had been "delivered"! It took opening a claim with PayPal to get a refund. Outrageous.

Der Fall ist uns bekannt. Die Bestellerin ist äußerst unkooperativ. Die Bestellung nach Italien hat einen Zustellnachweis vom Dienstleister. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurden Papiere unterschrieben, damit wir eine Nachforschung beim Lieferdienst BRT (das DPD in Italien) starten konnten. Kundin hat in der Nachforschungsfrist dann einfach einen Paypalfall gestartet. Wegen Manipulationsverdacht wurde Ihr Kundenkonto gesperrt. Solche Kunden braucht Niemand.
