Absolutely amazing Customer Service!

My order was delayed due to issues with getting stock in, and I emailed for an update, and got speaking to the customer service rep Josh, who went absolutely above and beyond in making sure my order reached my hands.

Upon hearing that me and my daughter were huge fans of the band associated with my order, Josh went out of his way to send us out some leftover merch from the listening events, free of charge.

I cannot thank Josh and warner music Ireland enough for their thoughtfulness and thoroughness, and cannot recommend them enough!
