Bough 2 outdoor chairs. They were not delivered and went back to the shipper. Ridiculously enough, I had to confirm the return manually, despite they sent me an email receiving the chairs back. I confirmed the return, the refund never came. I've calling, writing emails, the refund simply does not come. Complete scam.
