Walked in an wanted to buy a size 46 boot. At the counter it was swapped to a size 44. I didnt notice untill i left the country.

Wrote them by email asking for information on how to trade them for the right size. Took them 9 days to reply, but they did not include any clear instructions. I asked again for instructions and I am still waiting (25 days) for their respons.
34 days waiting for information is alot longer then the 48 hours they advertise on their webpage.

Bonus info: No respons from their facebook page aswell. Wrote them 26 march, still no response.
