Customer service is non-existence
Walked in an wanted to buy a size 46 boot. At the counter it was swapped to a size 44. I didnt notice untill i left the country.
Wrote them by email asking for information on how to trade them for the right size. Took them 9 days to reply, but they did not include any clear instructions. I asked again for instructions and I am still waiting (25 days) for their respons.
34 days waiting for information is alot longer then the 48 hours they advertise on their webpage.
Bonus info: No respons from their facebook page aswell. Wrote them 26 march, still no response.

Ja tyvärr kan jag bara beklaga att det tog så lång tid. Det beror helt enkelt på att vi inte hade tillräcklig mängd på lager. Men som vi alltid gör om vi inte kan skicka inom ett par dagar så meddelar vi om detta på en orderbekräftelse.
