Brille zunächst nicht lieferbar, Kaufpreis wurde sofort abgebucht.
Bisher war ich zufrieden mit Otticanet, auch wenn Rückerstattungen etwas dauern.
Ich habe eine weitere Brille bestellt, die als lieferbar gekennzeichnet war und das Geld wurde sofort über Paypal abgebucht.
Im Nachhinein erhalte ich eine E-Mail, weil man 20 - 25 working days, also durchaus über einen Monat, warten soll, weil die Brille nicht lieferbar sei.
Das man Brillen als lieferbar kennzeichnet, die nicht lieferbar sind und dennoch sofort den Kaufpreis abbucht, finde ich unseriös.
Nachtrag: Heute, 10.04.24, ist die schöne neue Brille wie bestellt eingetroffen. Vielen Dank hierfür!
(Insofern bleibt nur der "Makel", dass die Brille nicht sofort lieferbar war wie ursprünglich angegeben und die Abbuchung rd. 4 Wochen vor der Lieferung bzw. sofort nach der Bestellung erfolgte.)

We order all out of stock items to the official suppliers, that's why we provided you with a new estimated shipping date.

Regarding the payments, you can pay by credit card or Paypal.
If you pay by credit card, we charge your card within 6 days. In case of a refund, the refund schedule depends on your bank and it may take some days for the funds to be credited back to your account.
If you pay by Paypal, both the withdrawal and the refund are immediate.
