I have purchased a number of ninja products and been extremely happy but unfortunately the kettle does not reach the heights of the claims

It was over £100 and only used since December but has developed a fault and will not always work when switched on it is also leaking water in the base

Tried contacting customer service but to no avail as yet
I do like the concept and the engineering of the ninja products but the kettle is a fail and customer support is not good if you need help
As they will not send a replacement even though contacted about the product in august then today
Leaks and will not always reach desired temperature not worth the money or frustration get a cheap kettle works effectively and has longevity both things this kettle does not have
