AXA is worst car insurance ....no No claim bonus for 4 years
I have BMW X1 ( living in Germany) and using AXA insurance since 4 years, i wonder my yearly payment is more than the first year premium even though i never claimed in these four years and maintaining my car very well with less KM than the given 9000KM per year. This is worst experience , when i call customer service they say due yearly car accidents reports in Germany the premiums are increasing. i never got no claim bonus which is pity on me, now i would really want to change my car insurance. Very poor customer service and looting the customers with false information. very very bad choice for ever i took. Shame AXA...don't even try to retain your customers. Not willing to give 1 star also but no choice to write without 1 star.
