I booked the Waterman Kactus Resort in Croatia but in my opinion the Kactus hotel is overrated and is only 3 star on the basis of my experience. From the brochure you might think you’re going to a small family run hotel but actually it’s in the middle of a large busy resort

Since submitting the above review the Jet2 Trustpilot review team have made contact to suggest that I forward details of my complaint. I have now forwarded to this team a copy of my formal complaint already sent to the Jet2 complaints team earlier this morning! Will I get 2 responses I ask myself?
