I made 5th experimental buy over a week ago. To see how their policies works. I can definitely say that they stock statements are false. And they struggle with organising fast delivery. First buy over 3 years ago. Very slow nearly 2 months to get item. But price was best in Europe. Second order 18 months ago Never delivered money returned nearly after half year. End of pandemic crazy times and tha what they blamed. In two previous cases they were even late with the timeframes given by them. In the most recent buy. Is the slowest to get it shipped. Looking at the fact that tracing information is delayed approximately 3days also proofs the dropshipping. But they still manage to provide best price for every single device in Europe. There is good communication. Until everything goes smooth. But when something goes wrong they starting ignoring you and avoiding even your calls (because when you call from different phone number every time it gets answered fairly fast) but this negligence is more national thing (remember main company offices are in Spain and in Spain everybody are on holidays 😂) Now get to comments here on trustpilot. 5star comments you can easily see that they look like fake, bought or something (if you read about 50 off them you can find some schematics) Actually it's a Shame for Trustpilot. Anyway when u buying a phone about €300 less expensive. It's worth to wait and try. Personally believe if csmobile says open that they a dropshipping company provides supply for European market and takes on their back all legal, custom charges and varanty. Finding on Asian market trustworthy suppliers. They will receive less complaints and gain more customers.

My parcel was finally shipped. After 10 days since I ordered it. Looks like I where wrong they had that phone in stock probably. Because after I posted this comment I received emails back from Trust pilot but my parcel where proceed also. So I suspect that problem where actually in human resource negligence. And some manager shaked them a little. After I spoke to my family about that case it turned out that I made much more than 5 purchases from csmobile. Daughter said that I always buy from that Spanish who takes ages to receive. For two reasons for the price and to train our passions. What that means it's worth to wait. And I will add 4th ⭐ star as I'm kind loyal customer. But if you would deliver within Europe in 5 days. I would be happy loyal customer. And then you would get your 5th one. I probably will come back with next purchase. But with recommendations I still will mention that you slow as Christmas.
