I had to pay an extra 240 $ to get our luggage home. The return ticket had no luggage
I purchased 4 return tickets from Copenhagen to Chicago for me and my family. I saw it said one suitcase per person of 23 kg. Everything when find to Chicago. But when we checked-in when flying back the tickets was without luggage. So I had to pay 240 $ extra to get our 4 suit-cases home.
Seriously what company would sell tickets with 1 suitcase flying there and no suitcases flying home. Does flybillet.dk expect that customer will throw away our suitcase in Chicago and only have hand-luggage on the way back?

Some tickets with some airlines may look like this with the baggage, and that information should be in the booking process and on your confirmation you get right after the booking is made.
