Great service lovely bus always clean polite smartly dressed drivers always but the return journey is always hours before the flight my last trip picked up at 6.25 am 35 min journey flight aylt 10.05 ...someone the people on the bus picked up at 5am ! But that what you have to tolerate for a great price. Sane as ryan air not much h space but great price and service

Great service, on time for both pick ups (return journey), and lovely cold air-conditioning in vehicle, used them twice and will do again.

Avoid this company at all costs. We paid for transfers from our hotel to Barcelona airport that didn’t show. We called customer service and were outside for nearly an hour before someone told us to get a taxi and they would refund us. When we got home we contacted them and they only refunded us the €38 we originally paid for the transfers not the taxi. I sent over taxi receipts which showed the €226 we paid for the taxi but they refused to refund as it wasn’t the “official” taxi receipt. Luckily I had another one showing €196.03. They agreed to refund this. When I finally got the refund after a month of back and forth emails they only sent €158.03 and said they gave me a total of €196.03 so I wasn’t “out of pocket” I’m out of pocket nearly €70 because of these idiots. I tried calling but all I ever get told is they don’t have a complaints department and I had to deal with emails. Joke of a company if I could leave 0 stars I would

We were collected at the airport, our flight was delayed nearly 2 hours, but within a few minutes of arriving our driver was there, he helped us with our luggage, we had two babies and after the delay everyone was a bit tired and fraught. Smooth drive to our villa.
On the return journey we changed the collection time because we had been told of the delays at Malaga airport. Our driver arrived on the dot and was great, the children, big and small were given lollipops and we were offered water for the trip, at the airport he fetched trolleys for the cases and help us to load up.
Would highly recommend Zip Transfers for their punctuality, friendliness and careful driving.

Service was brilliant drivers was friendly and on time car was immaculate definitely would recommend the service. And I will be definitely using the serves again

A good price. Waiting for me on arrival with a name card. On time going back home. I also left my coat in the taxi and they kindly returned it to my hotel a few days later-so thank you for that ❤️. Would use again.

Great company. We visited a new destination and were not fully aware of the location. The driver got us to our villa and was so kind and forgiving seeing we had given him the wrong area

Used this company for airport transfer to and from Reus Airport Spain. Everything was excellent. Ease of booking and confirmation, Timing, collection, driver experience.

Extremely disappointed and after using previously I would now avoid completely. Arrived at Palma airport and was held up at passport control. (New passport security measures) the booking states the driver will wait 1 hour. This was not long enough for Palma airport passport security when it was busy. Driver left and ultimately left us at the airport with two kids just 2 years old stranded. We then waited another 20mins to receive another call simply be told there were no other drivers from zip willing to transfer us to our hotel so ended up spending €165 on a taxi. Really, very poor customer service with zero morals. AVOID.

I have used ziptransfers several times now for airport transfers. They are always reliable and the cost is good for the service you receive.
