Sandra was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and prompt in responding to all of my queries.

The 8-seater table and 6 chairs were shipped all the way to Ireland and arrived in perfect condition. The courier service was excellent too — everything was fully tracked, and the driver even called when they were just an hour away.

I couldn’t be happier with the service, communication, and quality. I would highly recommend Zoco to anyone looking for a seamless and reliable experience!

I absolutely love my new chairs, and the quality is amazing.

I bougjt a sofa there. And sure it looks good but it is very expensive for the quality and mostly the comfort. So uncomfortable. I reget buying it!!

We had bought a table with a microcement top and after a while a crack appeared which became quite big in a short period of time, on the side of the tabletop. I contacted Zoco Home customer service and after a couple of emails and sending pictures of the damaged table, they agreed to replace the table. We have now received the new table which looks perfect. We are very satisfied with how smoothly and quickly Zoco Home handled our complaint.

I had a delivery of a furniture from Zoco home and it was not really what I expected as it looked different in the showroom. I contacted customer service and they helped me out directly. I had the opportunity to change to a different product or the same product but with a different tone of the wood and that was exactly what I wanted. Perfect handled customer service and I will continue to be a loyal Zoco Home customer
