This courier is a big scam

This courier is a big scam. I never received the package or any kind of information, and there is no way to reach them. I’ve sent them multiple emails with no reply. Thank God for credit card protection. Who will reimburse me the amount, but be careful with your purchases

TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE

TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE! FRAUDULENT BRATZIEZ ESPANA RUN BY THIEVES!
bratziezespana.com is a complete and utter fraud! They operate using fake, deceptive emails (noreplyordermailhub.com and infovvservicecare.com) and fake tracking systems (like xylships) to rob innocent customers of their hard-earned money! You pay for products that never arrive, and their so-called "customer support" is just a ghost wall protecting a ring of vile swindlers. They take your cash, ignore your emails, and leave you with nothing. Vile, disgusting people preying on buyers!
I have already reported this entire scam network to my bank for an immediate chargeback and escalated it straight to cybercrime authorities. Stay as far away from these thieves as possible!

This courier system is part of a con…

This courier system is part of a con with a fictitious company called orange valley. All Chinese and underlying text is in Chinese . Supported by faked tracking information and a long list of contacts during delivery all of which, although are in existence, are not contacted by either Xyships or Orange Valley. I have lost a lot of money and so have others. PayPal saw the bull tracking list and said it was delivered and failed in their duty to protect. My door cam records a dog on the drive and nobody entered our drive when these people said it was delivered. Stay away - pass the message on

Fake/Scam shipping company - Stay Away

XylShips is, in my experience, not a real courier service you can trust. It looks like a fake tracking operation designed to protect scam sellers.

The tracking keeps moving through believable stages — destination country, local city, “Out for Delivery”, even potentially “Delivered” — while providing no real local courier, no local tracking number, and no independently verifiable proof that the parcel is actually where they claim it is.

This is especially dangerous with PayPal or credit-card disputes: the seller can point to a convincing tracking page as supposed “proof” of shipment or delivery while the buyer keeps waiting and losing valuable time.

My parcel supposedly reached Israel, then Netanya, then went “Out for Delivery”. I asked for the Israeli last-mile carrier and local tracking number. Nothing verifiable was provided.

After checking other customers’ experiences, the pattern is obvious: fake-looking progress, no real delivery, and tracking that seems built to make a scam look legitimate.

Stay away from any seller using XylShips. If you see this tracking company, protect yourself immediately, save screenshots, and do not let fake tracking updates make you miss your dispute deadline.

It’s the same for me

It’s the same for me: the tracking code is recognized only by XYLships but unknown to any other international tracker. The shipment status updates slowly with standard phrases, almost as if it is designed to keep users in limbo and prevent them from taking further action. I think I’ve lost the money by now, though fortunately, it wasn't a large amount. The order site was linked to naver.com in some way, and the funny thing is that the email address for inquiries is on a non-existent domain...

No actual info where the package is

No actual info where the package is, seller and most likely the one to cheat me from uses email address and sells beauty and all kind of that stuff.
Be warned, do not trust a second this email. Lies about the package ending to address, well too bad the address written belongs to the Army and they are very alert about these things so now probably under their surveillance. Well, have a nice time, they sure will be tracking everything that even remotely uses their name.

Just like the rest

Just like the rest, it appears that I have been conned for the second time by this Micky mouse delivery service, their track and trace says the package has been delivered to the address shown at 13.08 but I sent them an email of complaint at 12.50 asking where the package was, I won't hold my breath waiting for a truthful answer as I don't think I will get one.

1 star. Package marked delivered, but never received. No response from Xylships.

My order was shipped through Xylships. The tracking originally showed delays, and later indicated that the package was arriving in the destination city and would be transferred for local delivery.

Then, on August 31 at approximately 2:32 a.m., the tracking suddenly changed to “Delivered.” However, Xylships did not provide the exact delivery address, delivery photo, recipient name, signature, or the name of the last-mile carrier.

Nothing was delivered to my home. We have security cameras covering the property, and there is no record of any delivery.

I emailed Xylships multiple times asking for the name of the local carrier, exact delivery location, proof of delivery, delivery photo, and recipient information. They did not respond to any of my emails.

Because I never received the package and received no meaningful assistance or proof of delivery from Xylships, I had to contact the seller and eventually dispute the charges through my bank.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shipping company.

Scam Network: Fake Tracking from Mantloom.com via Xylships

Mantloom.com is part of a fraudulent operation. After making a purchase, they send fake tracking numbers using xylships.com. Their customer support only replies with short, delayed messages every few weeks, repeatedly claiming "your package is on the way" to waste time and delay your bank dispute window. In the end, nothing is ever delivered. This is a deliberate scam strategy using fake shipping details to trick payment processors. Avoid Mantloom.com completely.

I purchased several monitors from Orange Valley (Orangevalley257 AT outlook.com) and paid for the order via PayPal. PayPal has closed my dispute because the seller provided tracking information

I purchased several monitors from Orange Valley (Orangevalley257 at outlook.com) and paid for the order via PayPal.

PayPal has closed my dispute because the seller provided tracking information showing the order as “delivered.” However, the items were not delivered to me.

The tracking information appears to have been provided through xylships.com, which I believe is a fraudulent or fake shipping company website. The website claims that the package was delivered, but this is not consistent with what actually happened.

This is a commercial/business building with security cameras covering the premises. We have reviewed the security footage for the entire date and relevant delivery period shown in the tracking information. There was no delivery to our building whatsoever. No courier arrived with the shipment, and none of the monitors were received.

Therefore, the tracking information claiming “delivered” is not proof that I received the goods. I can provide security camera footage and other evidence demonstrating that no delivery occurred.

I respectfully request that PayPal reconsider the decision and investigate the validity of the tracking information and the shipping company used by the seller, rather than relying solely on a “delivered” status.

I am also requesting that the case be escalated for further review because I believe I have been the victim of a fraudulent transaction and have evidence that directly contradicts the claimed delivery.
