If I can give them a zero I would. It is next to impossible to find how to contact the customer service. You can't contact them they do not respond. I never received my package of items. They tell you to contact the person who you bought the item from. The company that I bought the item from told me to contact them cuz they said they delivered it. Now I live in an apartment complex I do but not only do my neighbors look out for my packages I also look out for my packages there was no delivery at all. No one responded to me in regards to my email that I sent out about my package.

Terrible Delivery System both in tracking and delivery
I placed my order on 10/7/26, it was shipped 10/8/2026.
It has been in the US and in my hometown for 2 weeks.
For several days, it was “out for delivery.” Today it said it was delivered, but it was NOT! It is very difficult to track. I have no idea what carrier was supposed to deliver it as I cannot tell on the tracking.

SCAM. If your parcel is being sent via this company you have been scammed!
Part of the scammer network. They say they 'deliver' items you have purchased but they deliver nothing and can't even provide real tracking numbers. They refuse all responsibility claiming its the original shipper's fault while simultaneously the original shipper says that 17track has provided them proof of delivery.

Even though 17Track is a tracking platform only, they could not provide me any real contact with the Buyer, Carrier in China or the Carrier in Australia. Contacting them was useless, even though they had the tracking number and the tracking information.
