It's convenient but poor

Edit: I have since been helped with this issue, but still mixed feelings about the situation.

It's convenient, but part of my order was missing. I've tried calling for 3 days now but I never get through. I've tried making a claim on their site but with no success at this point. The quality of the laser cutting was also disappointing. Parts were bent and the sheet thickness was on the absolute lower bound of tolerance.

incredibly unresponsive

I requested a quote 10+ days ago without any response. From the start the status was "Manual quotation is in progress" mentioning within 1 business day I usually get a quote. I have reached out so support 7 times now with zero response. Insane!

I love ordering through Xometry!

I love ordering through Xometry! Their instant quote tool is a game changer and the cost and lead times are unbeatable! I recently ordered a new sheet metal cover which I ordered on Monday using standard delivery and received the new part that same Thursday, ready to install. I can't even get parts made through our own machine shop that fast!

If you want to be held a hostage and…

If you want to be held a hostage and manipulated, then work for this company. Right now, they are holding an engineer as hostage and they have manipulated his accounts so he cannot leave. Don’t work or invest in this company!
