I bought some stuff from the online store. It all went very well until I ask to return some of the items.
I did it trough the website page. No reply whatsoever. I even asked a friend who lives in Spain to call them: no reply. She wrote on whatsapp and got a reply suggesting sending an email. I've already sent 2 email but no reply at all. What can I say? Hope to fix this situation but at the moment no reply at all!
Update.
Around a month later the e-commerce replied my messages and I managed to send the goods I needed to return. For sure they have good products and good prices. Communication with the clients need to improve.
