Ordered a car with a personalized…

Ordered a car but it did arrive without the personalized number plate, so far they have been quick to resolve this issue and send it out to me, i await the number plate but happy with the service as far

I ordered a Little car for my daughter

I ordered a Little car for my daughter, they forgot to put the name on the licence plate and the driver license (i speciallly asked for it when I ordered it) i was very disapointe because il already told her that her name will be on it. Exept that the product is ok for the price (50 euros (with delivery). Not sure I order again

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the disappointment — we completely understand how important it is, especially when you already told your daughter her name would be on it.

Just to let you know: the license plate and driver license are normally placed in a small plastic envelope that is attached to the outside of the box. Could you please check whether you can still find that envelope on the packaging?

If it’s not there, please feel free to email our customer service so we can check this for you. In some cases, the envelope may have been accidentally removed by the carrier or lost during transport.

If that happened, we will of course arrange a new personalized license plate for you and send it out as soon as possible.

Beware of false advertising of free shipping

Beware of the false advertising they currently use in their page. I was looking to purchase a product from their website, their page says everywhere "Free shipping from €119". The product i was buying is 289€, but when checking out the shipping cost is added. Contacted them about this and they said: "For heavier / bulky items, an additional shipping surcharge is charged" considering they sell mini cars, most of their products are heavy and considering the cost of the shipping, is not just the surcharge, it is the shipping cost as a whole. Their defense is that they have a very small text in the page which says "No standard free shipping for heavy products", but they keep the huge warning "Free shipping from €119" right bellow the add to the cart button. They know what they are doing, they falsely advertise free shipping even in the products they don't give the free shipping, so don't be surprised on the checkout.

Our website does indeed offer free shipping from €119, however for heavier and bulky parcels (such as certain ride-on/electric vehicles) an additional shipping surcharge applies. This is mentioned on the product page and is also clearly shown in the cart and at checkout, before payment is completed. This way, every customer can always see the final total amount upfront.

We understand this may be confusing if you only rely on the general “Free shipping from €119” message, but we want to emphasize that there are no hidden fees and that this surcharge only applies to specific large/heavy shipments that involve higher transport costs.

We take feedback like this seriously and we are always looking internally at how we can make our communication even clearer. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us by email and we’ll be happy to help and look for a solution together.
